We do not ship outside the U.S.
Signs are shipped via private ground shipping logistics service providers. We currently only ship to the United States. If you live in the U.S., your pre-made sign will most likely arrive to you within 3-4 business days. Custom made signs may take longer due to the custom fabrication process. Our signs are packaged in the most robust way possible; this means that we have less than a 1% breakage rate. If your sign shows up broken, we will send you a replacement sign right away, or you can request a refund.
MY SIGN ARRIVED BROKEN, NOW WHAT?
If your neon sign shows up and has been broken during shipping, please call or email us within 24 hours of the delivery. The best thing for you to do is to take pictures of the broken sign in the box, showing the broken parts, and attach the pictures to your email. If the box that the sign came in is also damaged, be sure to take photos of that too. We’ll respond to your email ASAP and offer you two options: you can have another sign shipped to you right away, or you can get an immediate refund, it’s up to you.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY NEON SIGN?
If you want to dust or clean your neon sign, be sure to unplug the sign first. Then, use a feather duster or soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or dust from the bulbs. Never take a liquid cleaner to your sign.
WHAT COLOR CHOICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NEON SIGNS?
We can use all of the common colors and can work with custom colors too. Contact us with your color choices and we will be happy to help.
DOES MY NEON SIGN COME WITH A WARRANTY?
There is no expressed or implicit warranty with any of our neon sign products. However, if your neon sign comes to you damaged or inoperable, we will replace it for you at no additional charge.
CAN THE SIGNS ON YOUR SITE RUN INDOOR & OUTDOORS?
By default most of the neon signs are created for indoor use but we can make them for outdoor use upon request. This will entail weather proofing the sign, which will be an additional fee. We also have outdoor specific signs available.
CAN I LEAVE MY SIGN ON 24/7?
We do not recommend that you leave your neon sign on 24/7 because this can decrease the lifespan. Turning it off when not in use will help you extend the lifespan of your neon sign.
HOW LONG WILL MY NEON SIGN LAST?
The life of a neon sign is dependent on how frequently it’s used. The luminous tubes in the signs usually last for 5 to 7 years, though in the right environment, a tube has the ability to last longer. Things that affect transformer life are heat, and electrical surges / consistency of your electrical supply. All of the neon signs shown on our website are designed for indoor use.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RUN A SIGN?
Most neon signs use about the same amount of electricity as a standard light bulb. This averages out to 20 cents a day. Larger neon signs will of course cost more to run. LED signs are even more energy efficient than neon.
CAN I TURN MY NEON SIGN ON AND OFF?
Yes, all of our neon signs have a switch on the power cable so that you can turn the sign off when it is not in use.
HOW CAN I HANG MY NEON SIGN?
Each sign comes with two pre-drilled holes in the clear acrylic backing, so it can easily be mounted on any wall with two screws or nails. Custom signs come with eyelets to hang the sign, and also come with standoffs.
There is no expressed or implicit return offering with any of our neon sign products. However, if your neon sign comes to you damaged or inoperable, we will replace it for you at no additional charge.

TERMS OF SERVICE
When making a purchase on solalightcustom.com, browse a category under the ‘shop’ header and click to add items to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart link found at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Once in the shopping cart, you will have the ability to update items and quantities before checkout.
Prior to checkout you will be required to set up your user account. Here, you will be able to update personal information such as contact information, billing and shipping address. You will also be able to track your current orders. Once your account is set up you will be able to log in prior to future purchases.
Please note, Sola Lights does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of nineteen. Please do not submit any personal details if you are under nineteen years of age – you may rely on your parent or guardian to assist you. Sola Lights will not disclose any personal data to outside organization or party unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. Sola Lights may provide certain information to third party service providers who perform specific functions on our behalf. For example, we may share your mailing address and other contact information with our delivery partners. Please note, our service providers (ie. web hosting, credit card processing and others) may have access to all or parts of the information we maintain. All such information to third parties is limited to the information required to perform their functions. We seek to limit third-party use of information; however, we are not responsible for such third-party use of information that is not in compliance with this policy.
